About the Role
This 12-week internship will immerse you in the Strategy, Execution, & Analytics team, working with product and engineering teams to maximize opportunities and refine insights. You’ll also collaborate with data engineering to scale analytics models and systems across the company and directly in products.

Responsibilities

• Build models and conduct analyses to drive business impact.
• Design and execute experiments.
• Measure business performance and refine core metrics.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct deep dives on complex business problems with senior team members.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, or related quantitative fields.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and interest in areas like A/B testing and causal inference.
• Familiarity with SQL and programming/modeling (preferably Python).
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a drive for excellence.

Nice to Have

• Pursuing a degree in Math, Stats, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Exposure to data engineering.
• Interest in improving foundational data structures.

Pay Transparency

• Pay: $50
• Includes bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
