Data Scientist II - Coinbase

Role Overview: As a Data Scientist, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive product improvements through analysis, experimentation, and advanced modeling. You'll develop key metrics, reports, and enhance our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze products and provide strategic recommendations.
• Design experiments to measure impact and guide product improvements.
• Develop and maintain key metrics and reports to support better data analysis.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Stats, Physics, Computer Science) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving impact in a digital product with iterative development cycles.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods (A/B testing, causal inference, ML).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated core values: clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.

Compensation:

• £97,650—£108,500 GBP, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
