Who We’re Looking For:
A highly motivated De-Fi/OnChain Attorney to provide legal counsel on staking, validation, tokenization, and regulatory compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring expertise in decentralized finance.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on OnChain and De-Fi legal matters, including staking, token purchases, and liquidity arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset agreements (SAFTs, SAFEs, staking, and validation contracts).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks in De-Fi.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external legal resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of transactional experience in top law firms or crypto-focused companies.
• Strong knowledge of De-Fi, staking, and token validation.
• Experience with digital asset agreements and regulatory compliance.
• Member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
