DeFi Research & Growth Analyst - Nexo

Position: DeFi Research & Growth Analyst

We’re seeking skilled DeFi Research & Growth Analysts to drive insights and innovation within Nexo’s DeFi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Market Analysis: Scout protocols monthly to identify opportunities and assess risks.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: Quantify risks in protocols and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Growth & Engagement: Engage directly with protocol teams, DAOs, and community platforms.
• Strategic Collaboration: Support product development and explore new growth avenues.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols and DAO governance
• Experience with on-chain analysis, yield farming, and token strategies
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Preferred skills: X (formerly Twitter) followership, dashboard creation on analytics platforms (Dune Analytics), programming (Solidity, Rust, Python), and investment management experience
