Developer Relations Engineer - Injective Labs

Position Overview: 

We’re looking for an experienced Developer Relations Engineer with a deep understanding of DeFi. In this remote role, you’ll build strong relationships with developers, support their technical needs, and drive engagement to expand Injective’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Developer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with developers, dApp teams, and partners to encourage platform adoption.
• Technical Support: Offer timely support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in integrations.
• Developer Resources: Create and share documentation, tutorials, and sample code.
• Education: Lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions on DeFi best practices.
• Community Advocacy: Represent developer interests, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to address needs.
• Product Collaboration: Share insights with product and engineering teams to refine the platform.
• Event Participation: Represent Injective at industry events and meetups.
• Onboarding Programs: Develop programs for a seamless developer onboarding experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and engineering to support company goals.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in DeFi, preferably from another Layer 1 blockchain.
• Strong knowledge of smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tools; familiarity with Coswasm is a plus.
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to present complex concepts to various audiences.
• Proven success in developer relations, technical evangelism, or similar roles.
• Strong networking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and their transformative potential in finance.
