Role Overview

We seek a Lead Infrastructure Scrum Project Manager to drive Agile best practices in infrastructure and DevOps teams. This role ensures smooth execution of cloud migrations, CI/CD improvements, and security upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile infrastructure projects and Scrum ceremonies
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security
• Align projects with compliance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, enhancing project efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT project management (3+ in Agile/Scrum for infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Datadog, Splunk, Jira, Confluence)
• Bonus: Experience in large-scale cloud infrastructure and compliance
