Role Overview:
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will manage customer claims and disputes, negotiate settlements, prepare legal documents, and coordinate litigation. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, process, and manage customer and counterparty claims.
• Negotiate claim settlements and prepare related legal documentation.
• Coordinate litigation and ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions.
• Provide clear, accurate reports on claim statuses.
• Support ad-hoc legal queries and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in law with a strong academic record.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in claims, litigation, or financial services; crypto/blockchain experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess risks, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
