Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking a qualified lawyer to assist with a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, including licensing, product assessments, court requests, and corporate document reviews. You will also manage relationships with outside counsel, provide legal support to business teams on M&A, commercial partnerships, and product launches, and stay updated on crypto-related regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with regulatory assessments, licensing, product categorization, and investigations.
• Handle court and LE requests.
• Review corporate documents and manage relationships with external counsel.
• Provide legal support for M&A, partnerships, and product marketing.
• Identify and resolve legal issues, collaborating with global teams for 24/7 support.
• Stay updated on crypto regulations to provide proactive legal advice.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience at a reputable law firm or in-house at a regulated company, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory authorities in CIS/Kazakhstan is advantageous.
• Strong legal expertise, business judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (additional languages are a plus).
