Role Overview:
As a Compensation Analyst on our Total Rewards team, you'll enhance our global compensation programs through analysis, benchmarking, and process improvement. Your work will help us scale effectively for future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative analyses to support compensation projects.
• Benchmark roles, develop pay targets, and support job architecture.
• Research, design, and administer compensation programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes.
• Develop tools to improve program efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of compensation experience.
• Proficiency in job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing (Radford/McLagan experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in global compensation practices.
• Ability to navigate complex structures.

Compensation:
Annual salary range: $127,075–$149,500 (based on location), plus target bonus, equity, and benefits.
