As COO, you will lead operations in Luxembourg, playing a key role in payments operations, infrastructure, and launching new products in Europe. This role requires someone capable of strategic thinking as well as hands-on involvement in business operations, including administrative support, hiring, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in market expansion and new service launches, ensuring coordination with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Tech teams.
• Ensure world-class operational standards in areas like user onboarding and customer service.
• Use data dashboards to refine user experience and monitor metrics, identifying improvements and implementing action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using regional data to drive changes and design experiments across product operations.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of proven success in the payments industry or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of payments and Electronic Money Institution activities.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze and scale data across regions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex issues and influence operational strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams and external partners.
• Fluency in English; experience in a regulated Authorised Manager role is beneficial.
• Based in Luxembourg.
