About the Role: Workplace Design Manager
The Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team fosters connection, collaboration, and celebration in our remote-first culture. Key areas include:

• Workplace Operations: Daily office management.
• Real Estate & Builds: Designing functional spaces.
• Employee Experience Programs: Supporting offsites, recharge weeks, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy: Develop innovative, functional workplace designs aligned with company goals.
• Project Management: Lead design aspects of real estate projects, ensuring timely, within-scope delivery.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Workplace Ops, IT, AV, and vendors to align efforts.
• Innovation: Implement flexible, forward-thinking workplace solutions.
• Process Oversight: Streamline project delivery and track milestones.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in workplace design, architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience balancing employee experience with operational needs.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in remote-first or hybrid workplaces.
• Background in tech or crypto industries.
• Familiarity with AV and IT workplace integrations.

Pay Range: $153,000—$180,000 USD (includes salary, bonus, equity, and benefits).
