We are seeking a Global Benefits Program Lead to join our Total Rewards and Expansion team. This role involves managing global benefit programs, optimizing plan designs, and driving scalability. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze benefits data to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain global benefit policies, plan documentation, and best practices.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and monitor vendor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits with business needs.
• Manage global benefits budgets and contract renewals.
• Create and execute benefits communication strategies across various channels.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of international benefits experience in a dynamic environment.
• Deep knowledge of global benefits, retirement, time-off policies, and compliance.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• U.S. benefits experience.
• Expertise in launching new plans and market expansions.
• Startup experience with a focus on adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
