The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Treasury and Finance Senior Associate to join our Treasury Operations team. You will oversee product launches impacting Treasury—such as payment integrations, new banking partnerships, and stablecoins—and support corporate insurance, intercompany funding, M&A, and more. This pivotal role ensures the success of our Treasury team and contributes to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Controllership, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Scope product launch requests, assess impacts, and ensure Treasury readiness.
• Identify and implement process and technology changes for new products.
• Manage corporate insurance operations and broker communications.
• Oversee intercompany funding, liquidity management, and identify capital inefficiencies.
• Support banking strategy, fee reporting, and volume forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years in Finance, Treasury, or Business Development.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and G-Suite products.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Coinbase products; crypto/blockchain experience is a plus.

Nice to Haves

• MBA, CFA certification.
• Experience with global payments companies or the crypto space.

Pay Transparency
Annual target salary: €113,500 EUR, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
