Responsibilities:

• Assist the Risk Officer in maintaining the risk management framework, including key risk indicator matrices.
• Develop and update risk policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Support effective risk governance, consolidate regional incidents, and perform trend analysis.
• Oversee outsourcing risks, product risk assessments, and operational incidents.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and improve third-party assessment processes.
• Track KPIs/KRIs and maintain a risk dashboard for remediation actions.
• Enhance the business continuity plan and conduct impact assessments as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc risk reviews, projects, and ensure alignment with CSSF risk regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years in financial services, operational risk, audit, or product management.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with database management and governance tools.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus); Luxembourg-based.
