Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust risk management framework focusing on operational and technology risks.
• Create and manage policies to identify, evaluate, and control enterprise risks.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet expectations for risk management methodologies.
• Address regulatory and audit-related risk matters to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Design and maintain global and local risk metrics.
• Support other jurisdictions, assisting regional risk directors in areas like EU and MENA.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in risk management within regulated financial services.
• Proven experience in developing policies and risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of crypto and blockchain regulations and emerging technologies; ATS/crypto exchange experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment while collaborating across functions.
