Role: Operations Specialist (Web3 Wallet)
We are expanding our Web3 Wallet Operations team and seeking an Operations Specialist to focus on listings, project life cycle management, and innovative solutions for user challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet KPIs and project timelines.
• Assist in workflow implementation and improve team efficiency.
• Oversee project life cycles and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and resolve wallet issues with internal and external teams.
• Investigate business needs and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze user challenges and propose innovative fixes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in blockchain and Web3.
• 1-2 years in listing operations, including event promotions pre- and post-listing.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain trading and on-chain trading for early Web3 projects.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and quick learner.
