About the Role

We’re looking for an Ecosystem Associate to support existing builders and drive business development in India’s Web3 space. If you’re passionate about blockchain and skilled in partnerships, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ecosystem builders, addressing technical and strategic needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups and developers.
• Identify and onboard new partners through networking and research.
• Conduct market research on blockchain trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present partnership proposals, negotiating agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ecosystem growth.
• Organize events, workshops, and webinars for community engagement.
• Gather feedback to improve product development and partner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investments, business development, or Web3 ecosystem management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and India’s Web3 landscape.
• Proven track record in building and managing partnerships.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel as needed.
