Role Overview

As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you’ll support grant-funded projects, ensuring their success within the Aptos ecosystem. You’ll act as the primary contact for grantees, guiding them through onboarding, tracking progress, and providing strategic support.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with grant recipients and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Track grantee progress, identify risks, and offer solutions.
• Connect grantees with Aptos engineering, BD, marketing, and ecosystem partners.
• Analyze grant performance using on-chain and off-chain metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth grant execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years in partnership management, grants, accelerators, or VC, ideally in Web3.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, Web3, and crypto markets.
• Proven ability to work with founders, technical teams, and partners.
• Highly organized with a process-driven approach.
• Experience with grants management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus.
