Role Overview: As a KYC EDD Analyst II, you will manage high-risk customer cases, including high-net-worth individuals, and executive escalations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, BSA/AML, and EDD regulations, while maintaining a positive customer experience. This role requires subject matter expertise in onboarding and KYC processes, along with the ability to innovate and solve regulatory challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers and transactions.
- Review and validate KYC information to meet internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure timely and efficient reviews while mitigating AML risks and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into processes.
- Identify process gaps and work with stakeholders to drive improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) or compliance roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML laws and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to work in the office (100% on-site).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salary: ₹1,020,000 INR (plus bonus and benefits)
