The Role
The EWX team creates programs and spaces that enhance Coinbase culture, enabling employees to connect, collaborate, and thrive. As an intern, you’ll focus on improving operational processes through a Kaizen initiative, streamlining at least one core program to enhance delivery efficiency for both remote and in-person experiences.

Duration: 12 weeks (Summer 2025)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize EWX team processes through a Kaizen project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and identify improvement areas.
• Develop streamlined workflows and implement scalable documentation standards.
• Support project alignment, stakeholder communication, and change management.
• Use tools like Google Workspace to improve program efficiency and data tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to track metrics and inform future improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, or Lucidchart is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kaizen or similar methodologies.
• Interest in workplace culture and employee experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Compensation

• Pay: $30/hour
• Full-time offers include bonus and benefits.
