Role Overview:

• Manage platform engineering team to deliver high-impact projects.
• Mentor engineers, cultivate a collaborative culture, and foster team growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Set team direction, create roadmaps, and ensure effective execution.
• Align team members' goals with opportunities for impactful work.
• Represent team externally and manage timelines/expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify growth areas.
• Oversee design review processes for optimal roadmap execution.
• Stay engaged with cryptocurrency, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Contribute to engineering work, from design to solution implementation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of management experience, especially with senior engineers.
• Familiarity with Rust, Move, TypeScript, and Internet culture (memes, Discord, Twitter).
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $215k - $285k (based on experience/location).
