Responsible for the product architecture and process design of marketing activities, such as activity gameplay, component construction, etc.;
Track industry trends and competitive dynamics, and efficiently support the business side to carry out different types of activities through reasonable product structure design to help operations improve activity effects;
Work closely with operations, R&D, design and other roles to weigh resources and demands, formulate MVP plans, and promote the achievement of event goals;
By analyzing data, problems can be discovered in a timely manner, and resource guarantee projects can be quickly implemented by coordinating all parties;
Be clear about the positioning and functions of the middle office, be able to abstractly summarize the core values of the middle office in complex business scenarios, and have complete mid- and long-term planning capabilities.
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years of relevant experience as a middle-end product manager. Priority will be given to those with experience in event platforms or marketing middle-end;
Have data sensitivity and analytical ability, and be able to find improvement directions and opportunities through data;
Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, ability to complete business needs while extracting reusable capabilities from the middle platform;
Be able to adapt to the pace of global work and have English communication skills.
