Marketing Team Purpose
Copper's Marketing team drives lead generation and brand growth, supporting sales with a collaborative and creative approach focused on growth marketing and brand-building.

Role Purpose
The Events Manager supports Copper’s Global Head of Marketing in managing brand, education, networking, and content-focused events. This role includes handling events administration, coordinating small tradeshows, and overseeing events at Copper's Blockchain House facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-, on-site, and post-event logistics
• Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines for small events and tradeshows
• Oversee delegate management, RSVPs, and registration
• Collaborate on branding, social assets, and merchandise for events
• Organize internal speakers and assist with post-event evaluations
• Work with sales, marketing, and strategy for event planning
• Manage Salesforce campaigns and monthly reporting

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in events and marketing, including independent management of small events
• Proficient in English, with CMS experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Familiarity with financial services and/or crypto industry
• Competent in Pardot, Excel, and Google Analytics
