Your Role

As the Events Strategy Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute a global events strategy.
• Lead speaker management for virtual and in-person events.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Business Development, and PR teams.
• Support over 80 annual activations, including hackathons and conferences.
• Align event content strategy with company goals.
• Stay updated on Web3 trends and key industry voices.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and manage speakers for internal and external events.
• Refine speaker presentations and event content.
• Build relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop communication strategies for effective speaker management.
• Track and manage speaker engagements.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in event planning and speaker management.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of Web3 and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
