Our Execution Services Operations team ensures seamless trade execution, resolves trade discrepancies, and supports client trading needs with exceptional service.

Role Overview
Collaborate with Custody Operations, Technology Support, and Client Service teams to resolve trade issues, monitor order flow, and enhance client satisfaction. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support the growth of our digital asset services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of trade execution support experience
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and institutional accounts (e.g., hedge funds)
• Familiarity with trading technologies (API/FIX) and industry tools
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus
