Responsibilities:

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Manage the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Triage and prioritize meeting requests based on importance and relevance.
  • Collect and organize agenda items, ensuring the executive has reviewed all prep materials in advance. Follow up with partners & team members to ensure meetings have an agenda & materials shared in advance.
  • Help the COO prioritize calendar & commitments.
  • Keep the executive on time throughout the day and follow up with meeting attendees on action items or resources as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Take minutes during select meetings, create follow up actions.
  • Arrange catering and logistics for meetings at the office.
  • Arrange monthly dinners at the COO’s home or restaurants for key partners and investors.
  • Coordinate and receive lunch daily.
  • Welcome guests to the office.
  • Arrange travel according to executive preferences, may travel with COO to meetings & events. Process reimbursements, as needed.

Email & Communication Management

  • Manage the COO’s email inbox in collaboration with team partners.
  • Triage emails, draft responses, and flag urgent requests for the COO's attention.

Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal team members, external partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the COO and Uniswap Labs with discretion and professionalism.

Confidant & Partner

  • Serve as a trusted partner, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions, involving team members as necessary.
  • As time permits, take on small to medium-impact projects in service of the COO or their team. Able to accurately utilize data, and knowledge of Unsiwap Labs.

Personal Assistance (25% of Time)

  • Arrange lunch daily, assist with personal errands, such as shipping packages or coordinating home services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to fix problems as they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
