About Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC):
FCC leads Coinbase’s efforts to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, and bribery and corruption. Within FCC, the Governance, Transformation, and Controls (GTC) team manages compliance relationships with external fiat and third-party partners critical to our operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and strengthen compliance relationships with global financial institutions supporting Coinbase.
• Oversee the development of technologies and processes to optimize partner interactions.
• Serve as the Compliance subject matter expert (SME), supporting sales and business development teams during RFIs for new customers.
• Manage key metrics and reporting for business and compliance leadership.
• Drive strategic initiatives to scale compliance efforts in line with Coinbase’s global growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing critical external partnerships, including RFIs on Compliance programs.
• Expertise in Banking Operations and AML/Sanctions Compliance programs.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Bonus Points:

• CAMS, CCAS, or similar industry certification.
• Experience working in crypto or blockchain industries.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target annual salary: $113,900–$134,000 (depending on location)
• Comprehensive benefits: target bonus, equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
