ob Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the financial system design of the secondary market trading system, including the underlying design of derivatives trading markets (such as futures and options) and financial markets such as lending;
2. Responsible for the establishment of risk control systems for financial and derivatives markets, as well as market liquidity mechanisms;
3. Work closely with core business leaders such as operations, R&D, and products to ensure the launch and operation of financial transaction systems;
4. Explore innovations in financial transaction systems by combining trends and features such as blockchain and Fintech.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time master's degree or above, finance-related major, with overseas study background preferred;
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in trading system design (exchanges/trading system suppliers for digital currencies, stocks, derivatives, etc.), and be proficient in the operation and trading rules of the secondary market;
3. Have good English working skills;
4. Be familiar with the interface protocol of the trading system and understand the demands of programmatic traders/market makers.
