Job title: Product Operations - Institutional and Financial Business
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the institution’s financial products, particularly contract products and related financial services.
Connect with institutional clients and maintain close communication with financial institutions to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate the front-end team and product development team to support product configuration and optimization.
Optimize operational processes and improve efficiency and service quality.
Follow up core business, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth business connection.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, etc. is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in operating WEB3, CEX and other platforms.
Excellent English communication skills, able to seamlessly connect with overseas institutions.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
