Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to promote financial products on various platforms targeting high net worth individuals and institutions.
2. Deeply explore the needs of high-net-worth users in the cryptocurrency field for financial products and tailor financial solutions for them that suit their specific needs and preferences.
3. Cooperate with VIP department and front-line department to formulate and implement marketing plans and strategies for financial products to attract high net worth users to use our financial products.
4. Build long-term partnerships with high net worth individuals and institutional clients to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and goals, while strategically enhancing the visibility and credibility of the platform’s wealth management products.
5. Through continuous communication with potential customers and information obtained in the market, judge market trends and make targeted product improvement and innovation suggestions to the product team to enhance product competitiveness.
Job requirements:
1. Possess a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, marketing, business or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation.
2. Applicants with more than four years of experience in wealth management/financial product sales, and experience in sales to high-net-worth individuals and institutions in the cryptocurrency field are preferred.
3. Understand the financial product needs of high-net-worth users in the cryptocurrency field and have the ability to tailor solutions for customers to meet their specific needs and preferences.
4. Have strong social skills and extensive connections in the cryptocurrency field.
5. Excellent collaboration skills, able to work closely with front-line teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
6. Have good English language skills, which can be used as working language.
