Job Responsibilities:
1. Product planning and design:
- Responsible for the design and development of financial strategy products, familiar with grid trading, Martingale strategy, CTA strategy, etc., to ensure that the strategy is highly consistent with market demand.
- Develop and optimize product logic, trading rules and parameter settings for each strategy.
- Pay attention to market trends and user needs, iterate and upgrade products, and improve user experience and product competitiveness.
2. Data analysis and optimization:
- Use market conditions and historical data to conduct in-depth analysis of strategic products, evaluate product performance and risks, and optimize the profitability and stability of trading strategies.
- Regularly analyze product usage and user feedback, propose product improvement plans, and enhance the user experience and market share of strategic products.
- Provide targeted outreach to different users and scenarios to attract new users and inspire old users.
3. Risk Control:
- Design and implement effective risk control mechanisms to warn and monitor potential risks in the transaction process and ensure the stability and security of strategic product operations.
4. Marketing and user education:
- Work with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities for strategic products to increase product exposure and user acceptance.
- Develop user education and training content, including product manuals, strategy descriptions and training courses, to help users gain a deeper understanding of the features and usage of strategy products.
5. Cross-departmental coordination and teamwork:
- Work closely with UI, technical development, marketing and other departments to promote the smooth progress of the project and ensure product quality and release timeliness.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or other related majors. Applicants with profound experience in quantitative finance or digital currency trading are preferred.
2. Professional skills:
- Possess quantitative analysis capabilities, have a deep understanding of common automated trading strategies (such as grids, martingale, CTA, etc.), and be able to independently design and evaluate trading strategies.
- Familiar with the trading mechanism and risk characteristics of the digital currency market, and have a good understanding of financial risk control and fund management.
3. Work experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic product design or quantitative analysis, experience in the cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
- Familiar with the cryptocurrency industry market, with experience in designing and promoting strategic products, and those with successful strategic product management experience are preferred.
4. Technical capabilities:
- Candidates with programming languages such as Python and R, and experience in data analysis, backtesting, and strategy optimization are preferred.
5. Soft skills:
- Have strong analytical and logical thinking skills and be good at solving complex problems.
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental projects.
