Futures Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Futures institutional clients, especially quantitative trading and HFT firms, alongside the VIP Manager.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and insights into their trading needs.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients, especially in low-latency trading, and secure resources to support these needs.
• Guide clients on Binance’s offerings, VIP tiers, and platform updates, emphasizing features for high-frequency trading.
• Assist with VIP upgrades and product configurations, including API access and co-location services.
• Analyze client behavior and produce in-depth reports for key quantitative trading clients.
• Partner with technical teams to resolve client-specific issues in order execution, data feeds, and system performance.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in crypto product management or sales, focused on quantitative trading or HFT clients.
• Solid product knowledge in exchanges or trading firms, especially in market microstructure and order matching engines.
• Strong understanding of quantitative trading strategies and HFT operations.
• Proven client management skills, especially with technical and trading teams.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of trading systems, order management, and low-latency setups.
• Proficiency in API integration, WebSocket, and FIX protocol, and knowledge of HFT performance metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent client requests.
• Passionate about crypto and experienced in derivatives and spot markets.
• Analytical skills to interpret trading data for client insights.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, C++, or Java is a plus.
• Commitment to staying updated on blockchain, DeFi/CeFi, and crypto trends.
