General Counsel – Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

Token Metrics, a leading AI-driven crypto investment platform, is seeking a General Counsel to provide legal expertise in the evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on cryptocurrency regulations, token offerings, and compliance.
• Draft and review legal documents (terms, policies, agreements).
• Monitor legal developments and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Support fundraising, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and admission to practice law in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of securities law and digital assets.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi, and token offerings.
• Familiarity with global crypto regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Active engagement with cryptocurrencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred: Experience in a blockchain company, knowledge of DAOs, and crypto market analysis.
