Identify and secure high-potential partners, and build the best partnership opportunities for imToken.
Accelerate the business development lifecycle by managing a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential partners, including opportunity tracking, calls, follow-up and closing.
Collaborate closely with imToken product and marketing teams to identify user pain points, address key product gaps, and explore new commercial models to enhance overall business performance.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to influence and build effective relationships with business partners (including: peers, partner representatives, and alliance partners); building relationships at executive level.
Work as Partnership Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing strategies and plans in Asia and other identified non-Asia region.
Intellectually curious; you’ll bring valuable insight to the team and business; Keep studying on industry and competitors, quickly grasp the changes and leverage.
Monitor new legislation and compliance trends, product opportunities and stories across the globe in the cryptocurrency sector.
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the crypto industry in a BD capacity, or a role with similar responsibilities.
Deep understanding of both blockchain and crypto wallet ecosystem.
Proven track record in building strategic partnerships.
Hands-on, flexible, able to work on own initiative.
Networking aptitude.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work closely and effectively with regional team members as required in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and communicate across a range of stakeholder groups in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner.
Existing people networks and resources in the western crypto projects.
Chinese language skill is a plus.
