About the Role

As the Growth & Product Lead, you'll collaborate with founders to shape CoinsBee’s strategy. You will drive market penetration, strengthen partnerships, and enhance product offerings, identifying opportunities to advance CoinsBee's market position in the crypto space. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional eager to lead growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies, focusing on partnerships with major crypto entities.
• Collaborate with development to enhance product features and boost revenue.
• Launch initiatives with partners to expand reach and user engagement.
• Research new growth strategies, secure partnerships, and foster key relationships.
• Track market trends and competitive developments to strengthen CoinsBee’s position.

About You

• Proven experience in growth, partnerships, or business development within crypto.
• Strategic mindset and a proactive approach to seizing market opportunities.
• Strong communicator with negotiation skills, particularly with senior-level partners.
• Experience bridging business and development teams; product development knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in German (B2 level required), with a passion for working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
