Role Overview

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy for Glider.fi, an automated on-chain trading platform
• Work closely with the Founder to implement business development strategies
• Ideal for someone with a strong network and hands-on startup experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM and growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Build partnerships with key players in DeFi, DEXs, data providers, wallets, and institutional partners
• Generate leads, categorize and prioritize them for impact
• Build community and network within the Web3 space
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on market needs and product opportunities
• Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth (preferably in Web3, DeFi, or fintech)
• Strong crypto network, including DeFi, liquidity providers, and institutional partners
• Strategic thinker with execution ability
• Sales and negotiation experience with a proven track record
• Passion for crypto, DeFi, and on-chain finance
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
