The Role
As Head of Compliance, you will shape our compliance strategy and ensure regulatory alignment in the fast-evolving digital asset industry. You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to build a robust framework that supports our trading and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a compliance framework tailored to the digital asset sector.
• Advise leadership on regulatory and licensing compliance, particularly in Singapore and the BVI.
• Monitor global crypto regulations and their business implications.
• Establish AML/CTF and consumer protection policies.
• Manage regulatory authority relationships across jurisdictions.
• Drive compliance innovation with effective monitoring and reporting solutions.
• Foster a culture of compliance aligned with our company ethos.

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive compliance leadership experience in fintech (digital asset experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, especially MAS guidelines.
• Proven ability to build compliance frameworks for innovative financial organizations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Forward-thinking, adaptable, and skilled at managing ambiguity.
