Head of Developer Relations Engineer
Location: Palo Alto, California
Aptos is a blockchain company focused on fair, decentralized asset access. We’re seeking a Head of Developer Relations Engineering to lead our developer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute developer relations strategy (education, advocacy, enablement)
• Lead and mentor a team of globally-distributed developer relations engineers
• Build strong relationships with developers and create support programs
• Oversee creation of technical content (docs, tutorials, workshops)
• Drive community growth (hackathons, forums, events)
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams for feedback
• Support ecosystem growth and developer integrations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical advocacy
• Proven leadership in managing developer-facing teams
• Strong communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
• Hands-on blockchain technology experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $215k to $250k (depends on experience and location)
