We’re seeking a Web3 Marketing Lead to position Synternet as a world-class Web3 infrastructure blockchain. This remote-first role offers flexibility, with a preference for alignment with European time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Synternet’s marketing strategy to achieve product-market fit and differentiation.
• Integrate brand narrative, product positioning, and messaging across tech, product, and community teams.
• Develop and execute a content strategy to build a unique and consistent brand voice.
• Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, paid ads, PR, and Web3-native initiatives like NFTs, airdrops, and more.

Qualifications

Experience

• Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role or as a CMO.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional global marketing teams, with APAC experience preferred.
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools for marketing and data-driven strategies.
• Experience in regional and global Web3 community growth.
