Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain high net worth individual and institutional client relationships, respond quickly to needs and resolve issues.
  2. Design and implement VIP exclusive services and reward programs to enhance user experience and stickiness.
  3. Optimize the onboarding, retention and satisfaction improvement processes for VIP users, and collaborate efficiently with internal teams.
  4. VIP rights planning: responsible for VIP global offline high-end activities to enhance VIP users' sense of brand belonging.

 

Job Requirements

  1. More than 5 years of experience in high-end customer management or VIP operations, with a background in cryptocurrency industry or traditional finance preferred.
  2. Familiar with the needs and service processes of high-net-worth financial customers, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
  3. Experience in independently planning and executing large-scale events or projects.
  4. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to make public speeches at large events, familiarity with other languages ​​is a plus.
  5. Adapt to fast-paced working environment, have strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure.
