Position Summary:

  • On-site HR Analyst role responsible for HR management, recruiting, benefits, HRIS, and analytics.
  • Support HR functions, project management, payroll, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data collection, reporting, and HR project management.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support development programs, performance reviews, and positive workplace culture.
  • Aid in payroll processing and employee records management.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in fintech, trading, or exchange sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Proficient in HR operations: payroll, recruitment, compliance.
  • Familiar with HR technology: ATS, HRIS, Slack.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
  • Based in Singapore.
