Develop and implement the company's human resource planning and strategy to promote organizational development;
Responsible for the management of human resources modules such as recruitment, training, salary and benefits, performance management and employee relations;
Establish and improve the company's human resources planning system and process to improve management efficiency;
Organize and implement employee career development plans and promote employee training and development;
Responsible for the company's culture construction and creating a good corporate culture atmosphere;
Handle employee complaints and labor disputes and maintain harmonious employee relations;
Participate in the company's major personnel decisions and provide human resources support and advice to the company's management.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in human resource planning, business administration or related majors;
5-8 years of experience in human resource planning, including at least 3 years of experience in management positions;
Familiar with national labor laws and regulations and the operation procedures of each human resources module;
Have good communication, coordination and team leadership skills;
Have strategic thinking and be able to formulate human resource strategies according to the company's development needs;
Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and service awareness;
