Institutional Product Manager

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning and design of financial institution related products, ensuring that the products meet the needs of institutional customers and comply with industry compliance requirements.

2. Design innovative financial product solutions based on the business needs and market trends of institutional clients, promote the implementation of products from concept to implementation, and ensure that product development meets business needs.

3. Work closely with the technical team, operation team, risk control, compliance department, etc. Coordinate the resources of various departments to promote the smooth development, testing and launch of products, and solve bottlenecks and problems in cross-departmental communication.

4. Monitor and evaluate product key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction, market share, product revenue, etc., and provide data support for decision making.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, computer science, business administration, etc.

2. More than 5 years of experience in financial product management, at least 2 years of experience in product planning or management in the financial institution business field, web3 exchange institutional product experience is preferred.

3. Be familiar with institutional business products, such as payment settlement, deposit management, credit products, asset management, fund products, etc., and have business insight and innovative thinking.

4. Proficient in product management tools and methods, and able to write detailed product requirement documents, functional design documents and user stories.

5. Have excellent demand analysis capabilities, be able to accurately identify the core needs of institutional clients and convert them into executable product features.

6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with multiple departments such as technology, operations, sales, risk control, and compliance.

7. Ability to evaluate product performance through data analysis, identify potential optimization points and promote continuous product improvement.
