Coinbase is seeking a passionate and driven candidate to join our Product Marketing team, supporting the growth of our Institutional business. The ideal candidate will help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our institutional prime brokerage products, including trading, financing, and custody, collaborating closely with product and sales teams. This role is essential in driving Coinbase’s brand expansion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy for Coinbase Institutional.
  • Act as a customer advocate, shaping product messaging and marketing content.
  • Drive successful product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build the pipeline and enhance conversion rates.
  • Measure and report on marketing initiatives' performance.
  • Contribute to the broader vision of crypto adoption by institutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing in institutional financial services or crypto.
  • Strong storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual).
  • Proven track record of creating customer-focused campaigns.
  • Advanced quantitative and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Crypto industry experience.
  • Experience with institutional financial products.
  • MBA from a top-tier school.

Pay Range: $105,400–$230,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
