Our 12-week Summer 2025 Internship in the Internal Audit Function offers a unique opportunity to contribute to governance, compliance, and risk management while enhancing Coinbase’s operational value. Interns will support SOX, operational, IT, and security audits, working remotely in the U.S. under an Internal Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose innovative ideas for process and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with process owners to review documentation.
• Support execution of IT, finance, operational, and compliance audits.
• Develop and maintain accurate audit work-papers and process documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with internal control environments, finance concepts, or crypto.
• Skills in Excel, Google Suite, and data analytics.

Pay Rate: $30/hour.
