Position: Internal Communications Manager/Director
Binance is hiring a full-time, remote Internal Communications Manager/Director to unify our mission and values across the organization. Reporting to the global communications team, this role will collaborate with HR and other departments to elevate employee engagement and internal branding. Candidates should have a passion for cryptocurrency and finance technology, strong storytelling skills, and experience in internal communications or employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
• Foster company pride across regions through multimedia and cross-channel initiatives.
• Develop and execute internal communications plans that support business objectives.
• Oversee townhall organization, including messaging, logistics, and feedback analysis.
• Lead employee engagement programs and surveys to enhance HR initiatives and branding.
• Support regular communications with internal stakeholders, HR, and administration.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in internal communications or employer branding.
• Strong knowledge of Binance’s mission and values; blockchain/Web3 interest preferred.
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative work style.
• Skilled communicator with experience supporting executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; adaptable and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in multimedia content, high emotional intelligence, and degree in communications or related field.
• Native or fluent in English.
