Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Internal Communications Manager/Director to enhance employee engagement and foster a cohesive company culture. Reporting to the global communications team, this full-time remote role will partner with HR and other departments to align internal communications with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to boost employee satisfaction and alignment with Binance’s mission.
• Cultivate a strong sense of pride, belonging, and company culture across all teams.
• Create and execute internal communication plans supporting business priorities.
• Lead town halls and other company events, overseeing messaging and feedback.
• Build employee engagement initiatives and seek innovative avenues for internal support.
• Design actionable surveys to inform HR and company initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in internal communications or employer branding.
• Knowledge of Binance's mission and the blockchain/Web3 industry.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and handle multi-media content.
• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in English for global coordination.
