Re7 Capital, a London-based crypto-asset investment firm, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. You’ll work directly with the Opportunities Fund leadership, analyzing market trends, scouting investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio strategies in the fast-evolving Web3 and DeFi space.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research DeFi, DePIN, and infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence, build financial models, and present capital allocation recommendations.
• Track market events and engage with crypto communities for insights.
• Assist portfolio managers in strategy development and rebalancing.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years in crypto, finance, CS, or fintech.
✅ Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in SQL & Python (preferred).
✅ Deep understanding of CT, Discord, Dune Analytics, and Etherscan.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and passion for crypto.
