IT Product Manager, Atlassian Platform

This role will lead the strategy, adoption, and user satisfaction for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across Coinbase.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for how Coinbase uses the Atlassian Platform, focusing on seamless collaboration between tools.
• Agile Project Management: Lead agile development cycles, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to deliver key features on time.
• Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with business goals.
• Product Launch & Adoption: Drive product launches, develop POCs, provide training, and gather user feedback to refine the platform.
• Optimization & Metrics: Analyze data to track performance and make data-driven improvements to the Atlassian experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed with progress updates, executive summaries, and strategic reports.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with the Atlassian platform.
• Proven success in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and other teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A track record of driving user adoption and delivering on time.
• A team-player mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and user experiences.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience managing mixed collaboration tool stacks (self-hosted and vendor-hosted).
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and automation platforms.

Pay Range:
$127,075—$149,500 USD + bonus, equity, and benefits.
