Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Assist in creating, editing, and promoting engaging content and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and distribution of marketing strategies.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitors to enhance product positioning.
• Support UI design planning and implementation for user-friendly interfaces.
• Coordinate with PR, product, and design teams to align marketing materials with brand messaging.

Product Operations:

• Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and announcements for products.
• Assist in launching and managing new mining products.
• Monitor and enhance mining product performance.
• Provide support for customer inquiries regarding mining pools.

Operational Compliance:

• Ensure product operations comply with regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities to maintain legal alignment.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
